URGENT APPEAL FOR HELP
Dear all
Based on a recent Fire Risk Assessment report, the temple management, having discussed it with the congregation, has decided to upgrade the temple building. This work will be expensive and will likely be beyond the present temple budget as we also have regular monthly maintenance costs.
Below is the list of work that needs to be completed urgently:
- Fire Alarm and Emergency Lighting – £150.00 + Vat
- PAT Testing of all appliances and Electrical Installation – £850.00 + Vat
- Fire Extinguisher Service and Fire Safety Equipment, including Supply and Installation – £817.50 + Vat
- Fire Safety Signage as per recent Fire Risk Assessment, including supply and fitting – £200 + Vat
- Fire Doors (all 16 doors are to be replaced with FD30s standard Fire doors) & Fire Safety Joinery work – £10000 + Vat
- To supply and erect scaffolding to the stairwell and first-floor landing and take down existing ceilings, put in stud work, fix new fire-resistant plasterboards, and replaster complete £ 4500 + Vat
- Remove door and frame from kitchen to conservatory, and exterior door to conservatory fit new frames and fire check doors with easy opening latches – £1250 + Vat
