4 hour kirtan at ISKCON Belfast

We would like to invite you and your family to our upcoming two day 4 Hour Kirtan event that will take place on 25th of December and 1st of January. The programme will start at 9 am with kirtan and will conclude with prasadam at 1 pm (both days). Please come and join us in this most auspicious activity

Govardhana Puja Festival

We would like to invite you to the Govardhana Puja Festival that will be held at our temple on Sunday 11th November. Govardhana Puja is celebrated in the month of Kartika (October – November) to commemorate the pastime of Lord Sri Krishna lifting the Govardhana Hill to protect the residents of Vrindavana from the wrath of Indra. Devotees prepare varieties of foodstuffs with grain and ghee and all kinds of milk preparations. The food is stacked like a small hill and offered to the Lord. Devotees circumambulate the Govardhana Hill, then it is distributed to everyone as prasadam.

We would like to invite you to attend the celebration of Sri Radhastami, the Appearance Day of Srimati Radharani. The event will take place at our temple on Sunday 16 September.

4.00pm – Class by Bhakti Prabhava Swami
4.45pm – Flower abhisheka
4.50pm – Arati
5.30pm – Prasadam feast in honour of Srimati Radharani

Sri Krishna Janmastami celebration

We would like to invite you and your family to attend the festival of Sri Janmastami, the Appearance Day of Lord Krishna. The event will take place at our temple on Sunday 2nd of September. The schedule will be as follows:

4:00pm – abhisheka of Sri Sri Radha Madhava
5:00pm – reading from the Krishna book
5:30pm – video on the appearance of Lord Krishna
6.15pm – arati
7:00pm – prasadam feast
